THE VISION IS BECOMING REAL. ✨

We know we’ve been having a little fun with AI lately… but there’s truly no better way to show you the vision for Ora de Nuit and where this space is headed.

So here’s a little reality vs. vision to get everyone excited, and on the same page about what we’re working to bring to Cocoa Village.

And the best part? A lot of it is already happening.

The new furniture has arrived. The private dining room is taking shape. And next up…beautiful French doors replacing the garage doors, brand new custom wood tables, warm wood ceiling fans, and layer after layer of detail that will completely transform the room.

We opened the doors before everything was finished intentionally. Our soft opening is exactly that, a chance to welcome you in while you watch Ora evolve around you.

Every week, something changes. Every week, we get a little closer.

We’re not just trying to open another restaurant. We’re building a place Cocoa Village can be proud of. A destination for dinner, drinks, music, celebrations, and unforgettable nights.

The Ora de Nuit Membership

We wanted to create something that goes far beyond simply having a wine locker. This is a membership built around wine, hospitality, access, and experiences you won’t find anywhere else.

Your membership includes:

* $1,000 one-time locker purchase
* $500 annually — including a personally curated experience from Peter Kasperski. Every quarter, Peter selects three bottles specifically for you to add to your locker — 12 hand-selected bottles each year
* No corkage fee. Ever.
* Priority reservations and access to our private dining room
* First access to coveted Cult Napa and Old World allocations
* Aggressive retail pricing on wines purchased for your locker or to enjoy at home
* Members-only experiences including private tastings, wine classes, dinners, and special events
* Access to our future private rooftop cigar lounge upon completion

There are only 65 lockers, and we want each membership to feel personal. Peter will get to know what you love, introduce you to bottles you may never have discovered on your own, and help build a collection that is uniquely yours.

We’re open… but we’re nowhere near finished.

What you’re experiencing at Ora de Nuit right now is only the beginning. Over the coming months, the space will continue to evolve in a big way. Beautiful French doors and windows replacing the garage doors, all new furniture, a more seamless connection to the courtyard, and layers of design that will completely transform the room.

We made the decision to open our doors and let our community experience Ora while we continue building the vision around you. There will be something new to discover almost every time you come back.

We’re incredibly proud of what Ora is today but even more excited for you to see what it becomes.

Some people work in hospitality. Iman Elder is hospitality.

For more than a decade, Iman has been taking care of this community, first at places like Trend Kitchen and Ember & Oak, and now we’re incredibly fortunate to have him welcoming guests as Maître d’ at Ora de Nuit.

Over those years, he hasn’t just served tables or greeted guests. He’s built genuine relationships, remembered names, celebrated milestones, shared countless laughs, and made people feel like they belonged.

That’s the thing about Iman, hospitality comes from every part of his being. You can’t teach what he has. His warmth is genuine, his smile is infectious, and his ability to make a room full of people feel like old friends is something truly special.

For so many of you, he needs no introduction. For everyone else, we can’t wait for you to meet him.

Meet the man behind the cellar. 🍷

We’re thrilled to have Peter Kasperski leading the beverage program at Ora De Nuit.

A nationally recognized restaurateur and wine authority with more than four decades in hospitality, Peter built legendary wine programs in Scottsdale, including a 3,000+ bottle, multiple Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence winning list and one of Arizona’s pioneering wine bar concepts.

Now, he’s bringing that experience to Cocoa Village and personally building what we intend to be one of the most exciting wine programs in Brevard County.

Come pull up a seat, meet Peter, talk wine, and let him choose the bottle. Whether you’re a serious collector or simply know what you like, the goal is the same: a curated wine experience built around you.

The cellar is filling up. And we’re just getting started. 🍷
