Some creations demand a little blood, sweat… and absolutely no sleep. 😅 🖤⚰️

The coffin has finally been laid to rest, so I think it’s safe to share. Without question, this is the most challenging cake I’ve ever created.

Three layers of scratch made red velvet cake, filled with your favorite cream cheese frosting and cloaked in silky black cocoa buttercream. Every detail was crafted by hand… even the ornate vintage frame is completely edible.

This cake tested every skill I have. It pushed my patience, stole my sleep, and had me questioning my sanity more than once. But when our customer drove over two hours to pick it up and said it was “absolutely worth it,” every single moment became worth it.

I haven’t slept since yesterday, and I truly appreciate everyone who understood why we didn’t have desserts in the restaurant this week. My hands have been full bringing some incredible custom cakes to life, and your patience has meant the world.

From the darkness of the kitchen to its final resting place… this one will be hard to forget. 🖤

We are beyond grateful for last night, friends ❤️ We were at full capacity for three hours straight, and the love, patience, and kindness you showed us meant everything.

Our team absolutely crushed it. Every plate, every drink, every smile handled with heart. Not a single mistake, just teamwork at its finest. We’re so proud of our staff and incredibly thankful to every guest who chose to spend their evening with us.

Thank you for supporting our little vegan eatery in Historic Cocoa Village. We couldn’t do this without all of you! 🌱

First thing I had to do was check out the cake I asked my Husband to frost for you Friends yesterday. Christos did a great job and the lemon zest is a nice touch! My eye injury from Sunday evening is almost heal thank goodness! It's been difficult getting things done but our staff and my partner have definitely stepped up 🥹

Jenn and I had such a great time with our amazing Historic Cocoa Village business owners while serving the POMS Conference guests some incredible food from around the Village. What a fun way to showcase our community!

We also had a blast putting together Eggplant Parmesan for a catering order today! Those are always some of our favorites.
