A NOTE FROM CHEF JASON HOWARD
We’ve been blessed to see our story re-aired on Food Network and now on HBO, and the love coming in has been overwhelming. We have many new projects in 2026 that we're excited to relase! With that said, I want to clear up some confusion.
Big Jay’s is no longer a traditional restaurant with set hours.
What started as a place to gather has grown into something bigger. Today, Big Jay’s lives on as a culinary experience brand—bringing Caribbean and soul flavors directly to people through:
• Private chef services
• Catering & special events
• Pop-ups & collaborations
• Food storytelling through demos and experiences
•Media
This next chapter allows me to serve food with the same heart—just in a different way.
