Our rotisserie duck loves to be paired with a Pinot Noir. We think it’s especially good with the Pinot from Ponzi Vineyards, in the Willamette Valley.

The Ponzi family are pioneers of Oregon w**emaking, and their dedication to making world-class w**e resulted in the creation of the Laurelwood District AVA, in 2020, the state’s first viticultural designation based on soil type. In this case, the terroir’s ancient layer of basalt and loess retain spring rainwater from vineyards otherwise protected from coastal precipitation. This is super-balanced Pinot is half-off tonight, and every Tuesday, at the Duck Inn.
