“Since Pisco Sours are so popular here, I wanted to create a different expression of a sour—one that brings together tropical South American flavors with ingredients that feel personal to me and my Mexican roots. Tequila is the foundation, layered with hibiscus, mango leaf, cherry, agave, and lavender. The final drink developed this beautiful soft pink color, and the name Rosita just felt right.”
