🖤 Squid Ink Campanelle — a dish that’s been on the menu since day one, and for good reason.

Jet-black ‘bells’ tossed in saffron chili butter, finished with golden pangratatto for that irresistible crunch. It’s bold, it’s a little briny, and it hits every time. We love it alongside a lighter red — think something with good acidity and low tannin that lets the saffron and heat do their thing. 🍷

This month, we’re taking our inspiration from the breathtaking heights of Argentina's wine country. We’ve been captivated by the passion of Argentine winemakers and the unique terroir of the Andes Mountains, where high-altitude vineyards produce wines with incredible intensity and character.
