El Ideas is proud to welcome back our friend chef Justin Carlisle from Tabor Hill Winery for a collaborative dinner!!

Currently heading the kitchen of of Tabor Hill Winery in Buchanan, Michigan, chef Carlisle made a name for himself as the owner of Ardent in Milwaukee, where he earned national recognition, including nominations from the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef, Great Lakes. We are very excited to welcome him back into El, and hope you can join us for a great night of cooking and w**e!
