When: Wednesday, April 29th at 6pm
Where: El Ideas, 2419 w 14th St, Chicago
Cost: $220/person (plus tax and service charge)

At the core of Napa Valley's Impensata Winery, is a long-term commitment and thoroughly Italian philosophy, Festina Lente, or “make haste slowly.” Impensata is inspired by the iconoclastic winemakers of modern Italy who eschew convention in favor of innovation.
