With storms headed our way this weekend, we’re moving October’s Charlotte Vintage Market to next Saturday 10/17 from 11AM-7PM.

The racks to dig through, one-of-a-kind finds, and plenty of reasons to make a full afternoon of it will all be waiting. Shop the market, take a food break, then head back out for one more lap.

Your weekend plans just got a little shakier💪

We’re bringing Lagree to the Hall this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8AM for 40-minute, full-body classes led by Dayron Booth, one of only eight Global Senior Master Lagree Trainers worldwide.

Head to the old El Thrifty space for slow movements, constant tension and those signature Lagree shakes, all on the Microformer. All levels are welcome and no experience is needed, just bring water, a towel and grippy socks (or go barefoot).
