We took a trip to see our friend Garret and his operation Garret Fleming 👻 Garret has provided us with quality microgreens & lettuces for over 3 years, and we couldn’t be happier with his product. Not only are his greens as local as you can get, they are sustainably grown at his urban farming facility where he houses up to 46 plants per square yard 🌱

You can find Ghost Grow in many restaurants around Charleston, as well as at two retail locations: LOCAL JO’S NATURAL FOODS and Veggie Bin 🌿
