This past week I’ve loved making this pie. Nice and hearty but has a depth of flavor all around!!

Pizza de polpetta (meatball) - herd ricotta base, shredded fresh mozzarella, house made ricotta meatballs (made from ground beef chuck and ground pork loin), tomato sauce and fresh basil!!
