It's that whole 1 step forward, 2 steps back thing ...
We had major problems with our espresso machine last week due to road work/water issues/dry well junk. There's not a pleasant way to say that.

So, there it is.
Too much to even explain.
We fought through it. Thought we had it beat.
Learned differently this afternoon.
So.
The good news is....we are still making famous baked goods, smoothies, grab and go cookies and breads. The peach pies are amazing.
The bad news is.... the Espresso Machine, which we depend on to live around here.... has given up her ghost.
Our man is coming back tomorrow, and we are hopeful. Very hopeful.
We will be forced to close this afternoon at 4, and remain closed tomorrow. (Wednesday)
We will be Open at The Sweet Shop, at The Mercantile. 601 E Main St.
We will serve what we can there for absolute sure.
Please be as patient as you can with us through the "fix". Pray we can get it fixed!! 🙏🙏🙏
We will let you know immediately when we are back at it again!

We are hopeful this construction will be complete sooner than later, and VERY hopeful our machine can come back to us better than ever.
We will also clarify that we aren't blaming the Town for our machine going down, but we do know that water issues have certainly caused it.
