🫐☕ New Pourover: Colombia Blackberry Coferment

Another fun one from Brandywine Coffee Roasters this time from Quebraditas Farm in Colombia. This single origin Caturra lot undergoes a 48 hour fermentation with yeast and fresh blackberries, creating a cup that leans into the fruit while still letting the coffee shine.

In the cup, we’re tasting blackberry, chamomile, and grape. 🫐🌼🍇 Sweet, vibrant, floral, and just a little bit wild.

If you’ve been curious about co-fermented coffees, this is a great one to come try. Coffee is magic, and so are you. ✨
