Absolutely hypothetically speaking, if we were to do just 4 dishes on our entire menu - what would they be? My top 3 picks are our Chicken Parmigiana, Cajun Tortellini and Tortellini alla Capri. What would be the fourth? Note: this isn’t real. Although my kitchen would love me, no I’m not paring down our menu. This is just a fun thought excercise.

Coming off a busy game weekend and First Friday, I realized this. The entire weekend: not one plate came back. Not one complaint. Not one table waiting for their food. Compliments flowed from every table. These three absolutely rock it and I’m so thankful. My entire kitchen crew makes it look easy.
