“Wow! You guys aren't playing around!" 🔥🔥🔥

That was one customer's reaction today after seeing David open the smoker. And they’re absolutely right.

Real slow-smoked barbecue can't be rushed. This isn’t a hamburger/hotdog type of set up, as some of our local customers anticipate before they get to know us. This is slow-cooked, authentic bbq thats’s all our own.

Our brisket spends 16 hours in the smoker with our own apple wood, developing that deep bark, smoky flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. 🍎😋

While most people are still asleep, our guys are already here lighting the fire at 6:00 AM so we're ready to serve when the doors open at 11:00 AM.
