Celebrate 250 years of independence!

We don’t have a Red or White ale, but we have plenty of Blue.

Aside from our regular tap offerings, we also have Box of Rain pouring, a light - bodied, session IPA that’s perfect for a scorching day.

Plenty of stock in the walk in right now hovering at 37° (with sincere thanks to Corey who keeps our product cold.)

Had to run the fermenter chilling process this morning for a few hours - to keep the Bristol Blonde I brewed on Wednesday within fermentation temperature tolerance. It was a miserably hot morning in the taproom as a result. Rest assured, I cranked the AC units an hour ago and it should be comfortable come opening time at 3PM.

I know this post is already lengthy, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the fact that LOCALS’ NIGHT discounts are in effect tonight.

My Mother in Law used to say “It’s hotter than the hinges of hell.” That’s an understatement right now as I finish up a Bristol Blonde brew day. I will hopefully be finished and cranking the air conditioning prior to opening at 4:00. For now, I have an ice cold Blueberry Blonde to help ease my suffering.

We’re open 4-8 today and Thursday, 3-9 Friday and Saturday, and 2-6 Sunday.

P.S. I still need 64 oz growlers.
