This Thursday from 5:30-9p, you can sip cocktails while the Good Time Guides present historic tales of Bellingham’s legendary Horseshoe Cafe.

We’ll explore its beginnings as a saloon, the dry years as a "Smoke Shop," the midcentury cocktail lounge era and beyond, and meet some colorful characters along the way.

There will be a slideshow, games and, of course, good times. Food and drink specials, including an event-exclusive flight featuring cocktails of bygone eras!!!

Apparently I had not yet consumed enough coffee when I originally posted this! Correction: This is definitely HOLLY STREET, not Railroad Street. Railroad is the cross street. I swear I knew this 😅

Pro tip: The Ranch Room has a pretty solid happy hour every day from 4–7pm.

Deals include a smash burger + a beer for just $15. Not a bad way to end the day.

We’re taking a day off to celebrate! The Horseshoe Cafe & Ranch Room Bar will be closed all day Tuesday, August 11th for our annual staff appreciation party.

We’ll see you Wednesday - potentially slightly hungover, but definitely ready to sling some hash browns😉
