We want to highlight one of the farms we've been working with this year ! These awesome folks are a women farmers led cooperative growing in Everson. We first worked with them about ten years ago and are excited to get their produce in again for our ice cream. Because of their hard work, we're able to bring to you for the first time ever: NOPALES ICE CREAM!!

Making small batch ice cream gives us the opportunity to make flavors you won't see in big grocery stores and for us to highlight produce and farmworkers of different cultures and communities. It's incredibly important to us and we hope it's just as important to you 💞

We are so excited to announce that we are a host for the & .blueskies Back2Basics drive to support local families! You can help by donating household essentials like detergent, toothbrushes, body wash, deodorant and backpacks at Mallard until August 3rd.
