Its National Cooks Appreciation Day!!!

Shout out to Bobbie Wiemer and Sheri Ellis who are the backbone behind the diner kitchen!
They SHOW UP, sometimes, in the middle of the night, and stay late to plan and prep for the week/ day! They work long hours on their feet, over a hot grill, rarely taking time to eat or drink. They juggle to go orders, online orders, in house orders and large groups. They fix waitresses mistakes and customers complaints. They orchestrate the timing of multiple orders and different foods. They put love into (most of the time 🫢😉😉) and take pride in what they cook and how it presents. They do their best to accommodate special requests and allergies and they remember Bryan likes his bacon extra crispy, and Rosie doesnt want milk in her omelet....the list goes on and on...these are real humans who put forth their best to serve this community! I'm so thankful and blessed to celebrate these ladies, not just today, but everyday!

EXTRA shoutout to Kevin, Amanda, Garrett, and Ray who are my line cooks and support staff...we couldn't do our jobs without their help, positive attitudes and reliability! Thank you for showing up, for hanging in when things get tough and doing all you can to make things run efficiently and smoothly! Im so thankful for you!!
