A well-established eatery nestled in the North Carolina mountains has been servin’ up breakfast & lunch comfort classics since 1977.
After 48 successful years in operation, the owner is simply ready to retire. We are seeking partnership opportunities to lease this beloved space to a restaurateur. Additionally, there may be a potential opportunity for sale to the right candidate.

With a mix of pride and nostalgia, we announce that Grandview is officially hanging up its apron. Since 1977, we’ve been servin’ up comfort classics to our cherished High Country community. 48 years in the biz—what a ride! We’ll forever cherish the meals and times we’ve shared with all of you.

As our “eggacy” comes to a close, we want to send a huge thank you to every person who’s been part of our journey. We’ve gathered a treasure chest full of your stories and look forward to sharing those memories in the near future.
