Every day, our MSU Dining team works behind the scenes and on the front lines to serve the Morgan State community, from preparing your favorite meals to keeping our dining locations running and creating a welcoming experience across campus.

This week at Kitchen Academy, MSU students mastered the art of homemade salsa alongside Executive Chef Clayton and Sous Chef Lee!

From sweet pineapple and juicy mango to black beans, corn, fresh cilantro, bell peppers, and a squeeze of lime, our students turned fresh ingredients into bold flavors. 🍍🌽

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of good food, meaningful conversation, and an opportunity to connect directly with our District Manager, Ms. Lynn Shaw.

Guests enjoyed a specially curated menu featuring:
🍩 Appetizer: Oxtail Donut with Maple Mascarpone
🥗 Salad: Grilled Caesar Salad with Buttered Breadcrumbs and Caesar Dressing
🍽️ Entrées: Crab-Stuffed Salmon or Grilled Ribeye, served with Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus

MSU at Bear Family Day! 🐻🧡💙

We loved connecting with students and families, sharing more about Morgan Dining, and helping everyone learn how to make the most of their dining experience on campus.

From exploring dining options and healthy ways to dine, to learning more about our partnership with Grubhub, spinning the prize wheel, sampling our Buffalo Chicken Dip, and enjoying the vibes, we hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, grabbed a sample, and spent a little time with our team.
