Something big is happening at One Bike Cafe on S College St. 🥖✨

We’ve spent the last few weeks behind closed doors, turning our space into something truly special. We’ve added to our chapter as a coffee shop and have focused on the art of slow-fermented, handcrafted Artisan bread.
At One Bike Cafe, we believe in the magic of a perfect crust and the community-building power of a good loaf.
From our signature, dimple-perfect focaccia to our crusty, long-fermented sourdough, every bake is crafted with intention-and with a purpose.
Beyond the oven, we remain committed to our mission of providing endurance bicycles to those living with Multiple Sclerosis. Every loaf you grab helps us get one step closer to our next bike donation. Make sure to follow our account, One Bike Café for our big announcement of our Grand Re- Opening.
We’re a small team, in a quiet corner of Auburn, baking just a few batches a day. Come by, grab a loaf while it’s hot, and help us kick off this new journey.

In partnership with Baby Steps, we’re donating 10% of all proceeds this Thursday, January 22!

Baby Steps supports pregnant and parenting college students by providing housing, community, and resources so mothers can continue their education while raising their children.

‼️ NEW BIKE ALERT ‼️
Meet Savannah Raskey! We are incredibly honored to support Savannah, who was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), with a new Specialized gravel bike, in partnership with our friends at in Auburn.

Savannah has served in the United States Air Force for 14 years and flies the F-35 with the 100th RedTail Squadron in Montgomery. She’s supported every step of the way by her husband, Brady, and we’re excited to be alongside her as she connects with local riding groups, builds community, and sets her sights on joining a BikeMS ride in 2026.

Back to school!!

This weekend we hosted .auburn at our South College shop (inside James Bros Bikes). Stunning flowers, custom baskets, and a little Crack Cake made the perfect student welcome.
