🥖 Goat Cheese Fonduta — back by popular demand! Creamy goat cheese, slow-roasted tomato sauce, fresh basil, and Parmesan with garlic Parmesan crostini for every last bite.

🍝 Four Cheese Manicotti — stuffed with sautéed shrimp, NM green chile, and four cheeses, then baked in a rich rosa sauce. A little New Mexico heat, a whole lot of Italian comfort.

🍫 Decadent Chocolate Cake — rich layers of chocolate paired with salted caramel gelato. Another guest favorite you asked Chef to bring back! 🤎
