Some bowls just make you stop and stare for a second.

Our Black Tonkotsu ramen is one of them. Rich pork broth, springy noodles, chashu, soft egg, and that deep black garlic oil that pulls everything together. The kind of bowl that has you leaning in before the chopsticks even hit the noodles.
