Among the labels on our w**e list is Marchesi Gondi Villa Bossi, a Chianti Rufina estate owned by the Gondi family since **1592**. Nestled in the hills northeast of Florence, the estate has spent generations refining its expression of Sangiovese, producing w**es celebrated for their elegance, structure, and remarkable ageing potential.

T**s freshness makes it a natural companion to some of Chef Marco’s signature dishes — from our handmade pasta with slow-braised duck ragù and aged Parmigiano, to veal, Wagyu striploin, roasted meats, and mature Italian cheeses.
