Meet Gilbert, our Assistant Bar Manager. 🥃
If you’ve ordered an Old Fashioned at OverEasy, chances are you’ve tasted one of Gilbert’s favourites.
Before joining the team, he spent a few years behind the bar at Zouk, honing his craft and learning the art of a well-made drink. These days, you’ll find him shaking, stirring, and serving up good times at OverEasy.
And if you spot a cocktail shaker tattoo on his forearm, that’s a little nod to his love for bartending. For Gilbert, it’s more than just a profession, it’s something that’s been part of his journey for years.
Drop by the bar and say hi. Just don’t ask him to pick a favourite whisky. 😉
