Serene's Supper Club Serene's supper club takes inspiration from Luiz Hara's Nikkei cuisine, which is a cross pollination between South American and Japanese flavours.

Regular Supper Clubs are available for private bookings. A home based supper club featuring Nikkei Cuisine, a cross pollination of Peruvian and Japanese flavours. I've been a professional event manager for over 20 years and I love food, though that might be part of my Singaporean DNA! Whenever I create an event, I am always thinking about what food I can introduce people to. I've been fortunate en

ough to create events for large and small groups that have had Michelin star celebrity chefs prepare signature and bespoke cuisine. As part of my job, I have travelled a lot and am always exploring traditional and new food from street to fine dining. 2013-2016 I was living in London and the food scene there seemed to have exploded and was incredible to try. While there I started to volunteer for supper clubs (thank you Luiz Hara for a great learning experience) and took a short Le Cordon Bleu course. These experiences gave me the passion and courage to create my own supper club here in Singapore...
