And last but by no means least we're showing off our new desserts! Chef Dylan's been hard at work testing and trialing the perfect end to your next visit here at Dice & Fork!

First up we've got our Churros, served stacked up Jenga-style! They come with a rich salted caramel-chocolate dipping sauce. Nothing bought in here either, it's all made in house!

Then, how good does that Smashed Pav look! Strawberries, berry sauce, chunks of broken up meringue and creamy yoghurt! It's so good! And what's more it's vegan and gluten free so anyone can get in on the action!

And our dessert special is here to stay so don't forget to ask when you're next in!

In all then fun of the new menu launch don't think you've been forgotten puzzle fans! Swipe to see when our next Puzzle event is! Tickets available now!

What a night it was! Full of fresh faces and grizzled veterans of the Dice & Fork Puzzle Circuit. And it's my pleasure to welcome some brand new competitors to the Wall of Fame! Congrats to We Come in Pieces for coming in first with a 50:19.18!

Then in our second Thursday we had the fires of competition stoked and burning! And as we welcome a new face we also welcome a returning champion! Welcome back to the summit Team KODA. They finished in a blisteringly fast 39:29.68! Holy hannah! What a time!

Speaking of... Remember, we're now running both puzzle nights on separate Thursdays. As before, the puzzle will be the same and we're doing this so that more people can get access! So we're politely asking that folks don't double book each night (or you'll be refunded), we want to give as many people a chance to get in on the fun and joy of speed puzzling!

And the excitement keeps going! The new menu has loads of updated winter warmer mains for you to enjoy! Head Chef Le's been hard at work. From our hearty Chicken & Chickpea Curry, slow-cooked sous-vide Beef Cheek Ragu Pappardelle and Smoked Salon Salad that's to die for, so yum! There's so many good options!

But its not just the bowls getting a fresh lick of paint, the Hot Honey Halloumi Burger was so well received it's here to stay! How good is that? What's more we've also upgraded our all-star Angus Beef Burger with a special recipe Bourbon, Bacon and Onion Jam! It's gorgeous!

The Tacos haven't been forgotten, your Lamb and Chicken faves are here to stay! But they've been joined by a Coconut Lime Tofu Taco and a slow cooked Beef & Cheese grilled Taco! Think a mix of quesadilla and taco, it's already been super popular on the first two days of the new menu!

Exciting times! We've been hard at work and now we're ready to reveal our new Winter Menu! We're starting off today showing off our new sides and drinks ready to be served here at Dice & Fork!

First of check out the new Sharing Platter, it's STACKED! With the new additions of Popcorn Cajun Squid and Cauli Bites loading it up alongside the mini-chicken-tacos, flat bread and edamame! What a feed for you and your team! We've also added Kumara Fries to the menu (but they were too good and the staff ate them before James could snap a pic)!

Then onto the drinks, we have heard the requests we now have Bundaberg Ginger Beer on prem alongside some new fun hard sodas from our friends over Scapegrace!

Then finally Nate's been hard at work mixing up something for these cold nights. Starting off with the hug in a mug, the Hot Butter Rum. Our first cocktail served hot here at Dice & Fork! It uses Nathan's secret Spiced Butter Rum recipe alongside Sailor Jerry Rum and some Pedro Jimenez for a hug in a mug, best drank all cozy with a game by the fire! Next we have the King of New York, a fun Dice & Fork boardgame inspired Manhattan! Whisky, Vermouth, bitters. Keeping it simple and frosty. And we've got a sneaky behind the scenes pic of Nathan locked in to explaining the secret behind his Spiced Butter Rum... Don't worry Nate, we'll never tell! ;)

We've wrapped up our third double Thursday night event, and what a blast it was! Tickets for the next one now available!

This was the most competitive Dice & Fork Puzzle Night to date! Five previous champions and Two strong competitors gathered to tussle over a powerful puzzle. And so it fell to the Puzzle Raptors! To show their skills against the finest puzzlers the Dice & Fork circuit had to offer. Sliding in under the hour at 57:33.05!

Then in our second Thursday we had the field completely open. And so we had a new dark horse emerge! V3 Puzzlers, it may not have been their first rodeo but, they were new to us! They finished at a canter with an outrageously fast 51:01.92! Holy hannah! What a performance! Remember you've got to be in it to win it!

If you came in over the weekend you were here for the launch of our NEW Burger Special! Our Chef Taylor has got something hot to trot (and his first swing at the specials) and wow was it ever popular!

We'll be keeping this Nashville Hot Chicken Burger here for another week so you've not missed out! We marinate the chicken patties in a spicy marinade for just under 24 hours then bread it, deep fry it and then! Chef Taylor's mixed up a secret spicy clarified butter that we melt and then dredge the chicken through and let the excess drop off, we've given it a proper kick!

It comes topped with a couple of dill pickle slices and our in house made mayo! It's absolutely mega!

We just wrapped up our second double Thursday night event, and what a blast it was! It was amazing to see so many familiar faces returning for more fun, alongside a bunch of new friends eager to join the excitement.

This was the closest puzzle contest in Dice & Fork History! Nathan and James had to synchronise timers and split across the venue with 1st and 2nd being separated by under 30 seconds! So congrats to the Piecer Piecersons! A returning champion but their first title on a fully stocked puzzled night!

Then in our second Thursday we had the return of some past Champions. On another day, with a very competitive field the Puzzle Raptors took down another Championship! Who will stop them? Could it be you!

Remember, we're now running both puzzle nights on separate Thursdays. As before, the puzzle will be the same and we're doing this so that more people can get access! So we're politely asking that folks don't double book each night (or you'll be refunded), we want to give as many people a chance to get in on the fun and joy of speed puzzling
