This menu was inspired by the bountiful produce we have around us in New Zealand. Everything is cooked with different variations of woodfire and smoke grilled, charred, slow-smoked, so you get that fire through the whole menu. Bright and clean with South American heat, but deeply rooted in Aotearoa.
