New twist on our beloved crêpe Framboise! 🍫
This sweet crêpe is filled with raspberry jam, that is slightly warmed up (a guest told us that its taste brought her right back to her grandmother’s kitchen🥹), topped by creamy whipped cream and crunchy homemade almond crumble. Last but not least, our homemade Belgian dark chocolate sauce is poured over the crêpe for a deep, intense cacao flavor.

Tastes divine and very healthy 😇
This galette has everything we need: delicious mix of fresh and roasted veggies, great smoked tofu, and an amazing miso-tahini sauce that ties it all together. The small radish and arugula salad brings a lovely little kick too.
🌱 We can make this vegan too by switching butter

It’s only here for the spring so don’t wait in trying it!

Introducing Crêpe La vie en rose
You can now try our spring’s special, a delicious crêpe with :
homemade rhubarb compote,
homemade strawberry coulis,
a scoop of vanilla ice cream,
toasted almond flakes.

It’s not only good looking but also delicious: well balanced, this crêpe tastes amazingly fresh and fruity. Who wants to try it?

This time is different… We won’t be baking new desserts as we changed the brunch’s formula 😱

What’s in our brunch, then?
A galette complète (savory buckwheat pancake filled with an egg sunny side up, ham and Emmental cheese), a side salad, a fresh orange juice and your choice of crêpe: la Normandie, la Classique or La Vie en Rose (our new seasonal crêpe!).

We hope that you like the change ❤️ The idea is to focus on what we do best and what we’re known for: delicious sweet crêpes with wonderful toppings 🥞
