Peaches are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A and fibre, plus antioxidants. They’re also naturally high in water, making them a lovely, refreshing fruit for summer.

A good tomato sauce doesn’t need much. Good tomatoes, a little olive oil, fresh basil, and time on the hob. 🍅

Let it simmer until rich and silky, then toss through pasta, spoon over meatballs, or use it as the base for your next Italian favourite.

Simple, generous, and very much the way I like my tomato sauce. ❤️
