We are looking to hire a Chef de Partie to join the Dax Restaurant Team!

Dax offers modern Irish-French cuisine for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, using the finest Irish and continental artisan ingredients and seasonal produce. Dax selects the very best wines from independent specialist wine importers to Ireland. Our list is extensive and ranges from value table wines to bio-dynamic wines and select vintage Grand Crus, making it one of the best wine list’s in the country!

Here at Dax, we have some good news to share.

From today, Wednesday 1st July, we will be reducing the price of both our lunch and dinner menus by 4.5%, passing on the full benefit of the reduction in VAT on food from 13.5% to 9%.

This change has been made possible through the agreement reached between the Government and the Restaurants Association of Ireland, and we would like to thank everyone involved in making it happen.

Most importantly, we would like to thank our customers. Your loyalty and continued support over the years have allowed Dax to thrive as an independent restaurant, and for that I am truly grateful.

Independent restaurants are at the heart of Dublin's dining scene, and every visit makes a real difference. Thank you for continuing to support local, independent hospitality and we look forward to welcoming you again soon.
