For two days only, Chef Giuseppe De Vuono welcomes Chef Andrea Susto from Cannubi by Umberto Bombana, Bangkok, both under the culinary vision of Chef Umberto Bombana.

This exclusive collaboration brings together two of the most acclaimed Chefs in Asia.

Chef Giuseppe, executive Chef of Octavium, established nearly 10 years ago, managed to maintain the 2 Michelin’s stars since 2020.

Chef Andrea, executive Chef of Cannubi by Umberto Bombana, achieved to be the very first Italian Restaurant 1 Michelin’ star in Thailand.

Both Giuseppe and Andrea have been trained by Chef Umberto Bombana.
Chef Bombana is the acclaimed Chef behind Otto e Mezzo Hong Kong, the only Italian 3 Michelin’ stars restaurant outside Italy.

Available for both lunch and dinner from 14 - 15 August 2026, this limited engagement is an unmissable occasion for gourmands, wine enthusiasts and lovers of fine dining to savour the artistry of two acclaimed chefs in one unforgettable menu.

Chef Giuseppe De Vuono is welcoming Mr. Louis Robuchon and Chef Tadashi Nakamura from Japan to Octavium for an exclusive dinner on 17th of July 2026.
Starting with pré-dinner canapés while mingling
with Mr. Robuchon and Chef Tadashi. Chef “Peppe” will serve a 5 courses menu including a choice of 3 Australian black truffle dishes. Moving on the sweet side, Chef Tadashi will prepare the pré-dessert to refresh your palate. Furthermore, Octavium Pastry Chef Tim Yip will serve the first dessert and Chef Tadashi will conclude this extravagant dinner with a second dessert and the Petit Fours selection.
