【Tea Craft Sake Pairing Dinner】昨晚的「秋保Heart Rock Sake x 樂茶軒鳳凰單欉茶手工清酒新創意晚會」圓滿結束，感謝參與其中的每一位。我們有樂茶軒與Pondside創辦人葉榮枝先生分享創作理念，如何將中國茶葉融入日本清酒，釀造出有單寧的清酒，讓配搭食物時更具靈活性。

秋保Heart Rock Sake會長伊澤平藏夫婦由日本遠赴而來，分享手工清酒研發與釀造過程，他非常高興能夠與樂茶軒合作，期望日後為大家帶來更多選擇。同場有穿針引線的市長Stanley Fong先生、酒諺的Tony先生、美食家James先生，為晚宴帶來更深刻體驗。

【Tea Craft Sake Pairing Dinner】樂茶軒與Pondside創辦人葉榮枝先生一直致力推陳出新，推出多款極受歡迎的中國茶飲。今年再下一城，推出「鳳凰單欉茶手工清酒」，由日本宮城縣秋保Heart Rock Sake攜手呈獻，傳承百多年的釀造技巧，以純米大吟釀同等最高規格手工釀造。從樂茶軒提供的鳳凰單欉烏龍茶萃取茶香，花香蜜韻縈繞口腔。

我們有幸邀請到秋保Heart Rock Sake會長伊澤平藏夫婦由日本遠赴而來，在Pondside舉辦酒會晚宴，即場可以試飲「鳳凰單欉茶手工清酒」及多款同廠出品的手工清酒，以及品嚐Pondside廚師團隊精心設計的晚餐。無論喜歡茶還是酒的你，都不容錯過這個千載難逢的機會。

Pondside is collaborating with JJ Global Hong Kong for the first time to launch a co-branded three-tier afternoon tea set menu, with the culinary team designing both exquisite and delicious savoury and sweet pastries. Ken Li, the Pastry Chef of Pondside Pâtisserie, uses cream from the Irish top dairy brand Avonmore and yoghurt from the renowned Danish brand Emborg to create four desserts, allowing everyone to eat lighter and healthier.
Each meal comes with English scones and a free upgrade to "Great Drinks" (Chill Cup Coffee and Premium Estate Teas).

【Dine with Art】「Dine with Art 與藝術進餐」8月繼續與香港茶文化院合辦展覽，舉行題為「寂・樂 Finding Joy in Stillness」黃千玲作品展。
黃千玲生於臺灣臺中，喜愛詩詞與書畫。長期從事閱讀與創作，並常行走於山林野徑之間，於四時更迭與日常觀照中，逐步形塑出沉靜、簡淨且澄明的藝術風格。其創作立基於生活體驗，以自然為師，不著重於景物的具象再現，而著力於內在心境的表達。今個展覽，大家可以觀賞到畫家多個近年創作的水墨畫及書法畫作。

葉榮枝先生為Pondside引進一個全新概念「Dine with Art 與藝術進餐」，提倡「藝術生活化、生活藝術化」，希望在平日用餐的地方掛出藝術作品，讓大家在不同環境欣賞藝術家的表達。特別為年輕畫家提供場地，支持他們，也讓大家生活多添點樂趣。

Huge congratulations to Debbie and Travis, who tied the knot in a beautiful, grand wedding at Pondside recently!
The celebration kicked off in the afternoon with an outdoor garden ceremony, where they signed their marriage certificate in front of a legal witness. After the traditional toast, cake cutting, speeches, and bouquet toss, over a hundred of their closest family and friends headed indoors to celebrate the newlyweds over a lavish buffet dinner.
A special thank you to the bride for trusting Pondside Pâtisserie with their wedding cake. The elegant, three-tiered pure white creation featured a classic combination of an Earl Grey sponge cake with a mango filling. Wishing the happy couple a lifetime of love and happiness together!
Pondside in Hong Kong Park is located next to the Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry, making it an ideal venue for unforgettable wedding ceremonies and reception parties.
