Once again Adam will be running with others this Sunday in support of the fantastic who offer coastal support 24/7 led by volunteers the Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade (TVLB) is the Declared Facility to HM Coastguard in North Tyneside. This means that whenever someone dials 999 and asks for the Coastguard in this area, their Search and Rescue team are deployed to assist with hundreds if call-outs annually.

Any support to the cause is hugely appreciated!

Thank you to all of our amazing Great North Runners! Each year we respond to over 150 callouts to save lives and help those in difficulty along our beautiful North Tyneside coast. 2025 was our busiest on record. Donating WILL make a huge difference

We Won!

We’re incredibly proud of North Shields Reds under 10’s team this morning having come back from being 2-1 to winning 3-2 in a home derby against North Shileds Juniors, they fought on in the pouring rain with grit and determination, well done lads!

Apologies for the absent players in these pics… they’re the only ones we have to hand!

Fathers Day

Sunday 21st June 2026

For all the dads out there we are opening late on Sunday 21st with a three course set menu from 8pm for £45 per head.

The 21st is also the summer solstice, the longest day of the year and so we will be keeping the fire pits going and bar open until midnight.

Expect Potted Crab with Toast, Smoked Fish Pate and Breadsticks or Squid Gildas for a pre starter.

Octodog with Gentleman’s Relish and Pickles, Beef and Oyster Empanada, Chilli Fish Empanada, Bacalau Fishcake with Aioli or a Crab Souffle for Starters

Bang Bang Monkfish Kebab, Ling Kofta, Salted Hake Panzanella or a Flat Iron Steak for Main

We will have an optional dessert of Basque Cheesecake with Seasonal Fruits plus other add-ons including Lindisfarne Oysters, Hand Dived Scallops or upgrade your main to a Surf and Turf!
