On Friday 26th June, Tide becomes your passport to Italy for one evening only. Start with canapés and a glass of Prosecco before enjoying four carefully paired courses and wines selected from some of Italy's most celebrated regions. Each course arrives with its own wine pairing.

Wednesday 24th. 5pm. Grill Night at Tide. Two courses for £25.

Choose from 28-day dry-aged rump, ribeye or fillet steaks, served with your choice of beef dripping chips or buttered new potatoes. Add a garlic butter prawn skewer, pair it with a peppercorn, Diane or chimichurri sauce, and build your perfect plate.

THE WINES OF THE EVENING IN ITALY 🍷🇮🇹 //

For An Evening in Italy, we've partnered with Bon Coeur Fine Wines to bring together wines from some of Italy's most celebrated regions, carefully matched to every course of the evening.
Veneto Prosecco, Sicilian Grillo, a crisp Puglian white, and a Tuscan red.
The evening concludes with a beautifully sweet Brachetto d'Acqui from Piedmont alongside a traditional tiramisu.

This is a guided tasting experience built around the flavours of Italy, not just dinner with wine on the side.

AN EVENING IN ITALY IS COMING ⭐🍷 //

On Friday 26th June, Tide will be taking guests on a journey through Italy with a specially curated four-course menu: 🇮🇹
The evening begins with canapés and Prosecco before moving into an antipasti sharing board featuring homemade rosemary & garlic focaccia, Italian cured meats, buffalo mozzarella, olives and sun-blushed tomatoes. Then comes crab & crayfish raviolo with lemon & herb butter sauce, followed by rump of beef served with rosemary & garlic crushed potatoes, chargrilled aubergine and courgette, and a San Marzano tomato emulsion.

🍷 £50 per person / £20 deposit at booking
