It might be blowing a hooley outside but we can still grasp for the last embers of summer with a drop of liquid sunshine.

Today’s new release is an excellent Pineapple Radler from pilotb**ruk Pilot, made locally in Edinburgh, and, coming in at a very sessionable 2.5%, is the perfect b**r to kick back with and hide from the downpour.

As those darker Autumn evenings draw in, sometimes a frosty pint isn’t perhaps what we’re after?

Lots of folk tonight enjoying a glass of this superb Chilean Pinot Noir from Torreon de Paredes , with its deep red violet colour, aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry, subtle smoky, spicy notes and soft, round mouth feel.

Double header for live music this weekend 🎸

Before we mention the weekend, have you popped in to try Portobellos best collaboration?

… A pint of Winton Brewery’s finest and a pizza from Pronto 🍕🍺 well, both are available 7 days a week here at the Rusty.

This weekend we’ve got Matthew McGhie playing on Saturday from 6pm, then if that isn’t enough we’ve got our monthly Sunday sessions this Sunday at 3pm.
