A firm favourite among past monarchs and poets, Scotland's oldest surviving watering hole exudes charm and character from every nook and cranny. It doesn't get much cosier than this. Pull up a chair near our roaring fire, dine in our restaurant or, in the warmer months, kick back in our beautiful hidden courtyard for a spot of alfresco nibbles and drinking. Lovely. Don't forget to enjoy a game or two in The Skittle Alley!
