Two people absolutely weathered after 12 days travelling through Brazil with carry-on luggage, pictured at the Port of Santos on the final day. (Surprised that T-shirt is still white!)

In August, Steve and Soph travelled to Brazil to meet the partners and producers behind some of our most-loved coffees.

Day one took them to Fazenda Sete Cachoeiras, the farm behind House Party. They got a glimpse into daily life on the farm and saw how thousands of small decisions at origin create consistency in every cup.

We’ve teamed up with Save Our Rivers to capture a snapshot of the incredible biodiversity found in rivers across Wales throughout September.

Save Our Rivers is one of the charities we support through the 1% for the Planet scheme, and it’s been inspiring to learn more about the important work they do to protect and preserve our rivers and the nature that depends on them.

We’d love for you to get involved in the Home River Bioblitz, a global survey that brings together biodiversity data gathered by volunteers around the world.

From 18th to 20th of September, head out and explore your local rivers and document the plants and wildlife you discover using the iNaturalist app.

Every observation helps build a bigger picture of the biodiversity found in our rivers and contributes to a better understanding of the natural world around us.

So get exploring, start spotting and join us for the Home River Bioblitz!

We’re back with our friends at Angel Bakery to bring you the good stuff.

This weekend, we will be serving coffee and treats together at one of our favourite food events. As usual, expect a table full of pastries and Hard Lines coffee to wash it all down.

Some specials to try…

Coffee Cream Bun, a soft, fluffy coffee cream bun from Angel Bakery, made using Hard Lines coffee.

Salted Maple Latte, a rich, velvety latte combining Hard Lines coffee with sweet maple from Coedcanlas and topped with a delicate touch of Halen Môn sea salt.

It’s going to be a really tasty couple of days! See you there 😋
