Coffee mornings every Thursday, 10-12 AM.

Our coffee mornings are a safe space for neurodivergent adults to access support services, advice, and guidance. But more than that, they offer a relaxed and friendly opportunity to socialise with fellow neurodivergent people.

Connecting with fellow ND people who share similar lived experiences is incredibly important for our wellbeing. It provides a rare, low-pressure space where you do not have to mask, where your natural communication styles are accepted, and where you can share experiences without the need for constant explanation. Socialising with other neurodivergent individuals helps to combat the isolation many of us experience, building a genuine sense of community, validation, and belonging over a cup of tea, coffee, and cake.

We are passionate about hosting these mornings and work hard to ensure the environment remains quiet, safe, and welcoming. We have nothing but love to share, alongside some very good, strong coffee.

Another week done and Sept almost done. Weather getting bit cooler now, tho I’m still wearing shorts .. Iced drinks still trumping hot chocolates.

Is it time to launch the Autumn menu , or too early ? 👀

Lovely seeing students back as well, mixture of old and new faces 📚

Cheesecake still selling like crazy, got to make more 🫣

New cake on the menu as well, White Choc Blueberry Streussel , my latest experiment. Quite the messy one ngl, but delicious 😋

Anyway, done with the yapping, got a customer.

Honestly… we’re not saying it’s a bad plan. 😂

First coffee.
Then world domination.
