We are proud to announce that we have a new Chef that has joined our team.

Please welcome Chef Brian Barrett who is joining us after several years working at prestigious Fairmont properties in the Rocky Mountains.

His experience, leadership, and perspective will be a fantastic addition to our team as we continue to build something special in the kitchen.

We’re thrilled to have Brian back in Newfoundland and even more excited to have him as part of our family.
