Vania's culinary passport is truly impressive, having honed her skills and gathered inspiration from three distinct corners of the world like Peru, where she embraced vibrant flavors and traditional techniques, USA where she mastered classic pastry arts and modern culinary trends and Dubai where she learned from high-end establishments, perfecting the art of luxury dining and exquisite presentation.
This global journey has shaped her unique approach, blending wholesome ingredients with refined indulgence. Her passion is evident in every hand-crafted item we bring to your table here in Smithers.
