This week we have a very special, special! Meghan's choice, teriyaki surf + turf from her childhood. Meghan's mom even let us in on her secret teriyaki recipe. Meghan is co-owner and she wears many hats within the restaurant. We don't know what we'd do without her! Marinated teriyaki 6oz AAA sirloin, a 5oz lobster tail paired with creamy mashed potatoes, sauteed brussel sprouts and baby carrots, finished with a reduced red wine fine herb sauce.
