🚨 Weather Update – Delayed Opening 🚨

Due to the extreme cold temperatures in the forecast, we will be opening later than usual at 12 PM on Saturday, February 15th. Only the Panorama T-Bar and RugRat Carpet Lift will be running. So same as today, Skyline Chair and Prairie will remain closed. Wh***ey Jack's will be open an hour earlier than the lifts spin at 11am.

As a result, the Mountain Bus will not be operating.

On the bright side, we’re still going to be offering $30 lift tickets and free hot chocolate & s’mores to help keep everyone warm! This will be up on the deck at the lodge!! ❄️🔥

Please dress warmly and be aware of the risk of frostbite while on the slopes.

A decision regarding Sundays operations will be made by 4 PM on Saturday, but the forecast is trending in the right direction so we remain hopeful for full operations.

For temperature forecasts, we rely on the "feels like" temperature (including wind chill) from Windfinder’s super forecast at mountain elevation, along with real-time data from our Turkey Shoot weather station (available on our conditions page). Keep in mind that temperatures can vary significantly between the mountain and town.

Also, Valentine's Moonlight Dinner is moving forward as planned for those who booked!
Thank you for your understanding, while we deal with this cold snap 🥶

Due to the extreme cold temperatures forecast, we will be opening at a delayed time of 12pm on Friday the 14th. We will only be spinning Panorama T-Bar and the RugRat Carpet Lift - No Skyline Chair or Prairie.

Unfortunately, as a result we will not be running the Mountain Bus either.

The good news though is that we will be offering $30 lift tickets, as well as serving free hot chocolate and smores to help warm everyone up.

We highly encourage everyone to wrap up warm and be mindful of frost bite when riding around.

We will make the call about opening on Saturday by 4pm, so keep an eye out on our operations calendar and social media for any update.

** We use the "feels like" temperature (incorporates wind chill) on the super forecast found on windfinder.com, as it shows the mountain elevation, to gauge forecasted temps, as well as the current temp at the top of Turkey Shoot from our weather station (found on our conditions page). Temps between the mountain and town can vary drastically. **
