Seems like a pretty good excuse to stop by Empire.

Looks like it’s going to be a rainy Friday!

If you’re stopping by for something warm, it’s always nice to know a little about what’s in your cup. Our loose-leaf blends come from The Denman Island Tea Company, a BC company that has been blending specialty teas since 1999.

And a little fact we love: 98% of their blends are certified organic. ☕️🤎

Introducing Ophélie 👋🥐

She’s been part of the Empire team for around a year and a half, baking all sorts of yummy treats for you to enjoy. If you’ve met Ophélie before, you’ll know she’s rarely without a smile and is always happy to see you.

Outside of work, she’s usually hiking up a mountain, on the tennis court or, come winter, spending her days on the ski hill!

If you catch her out front putting the baked goods out, make sure to say hi! 🤎
