Craving Main Street’s ‘Greek Village’ salad on yet another beauty summer day in the Kootenays!? Ruby red tomatoes, soft creamy Greek feta, thinly sliced red onions, crisp green peppers & crunchy cucumbers all turned gently in extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice.
