A new chapter begins. ❤️🍗
In 1987, Saleh took a chance on a little convenience store and planted the roots of what Ralph’s would become.
In 1990, the recipe was born.
In 2006, the torch was passed to the next generation.
In 2022, one chapter closed.
In 2023, Ralph’s returned on the North Side.
In 2024, Downtown joined the family.
And now, in 2026, after nearly four decades, the story keeps growing.
Ralph’s Fried Chicken South Side is officially opening its doors.
This is more than a new location.
It is years of work, family, memories, recipes, setbacks, comebacks, and a whole lot of fried chicken :)
Some of you remember Ralph’s from years ago.
Some discovered us recently.
Some have been waiting very patiently for this South Side location, and yes, maybe a little TOO patiently
But now, the waiting is over.
The fryers are hot.
The chicken is fresh.
The spuds are ready.
And the doors are open.
From one store, one recipe, one family,
to a legacy that keeps growing.
