The Big Apple We are a family friendly destination just west of Highway 401 Exit 497 in beautiful Cramahe Township. 2kms North of the historic town of Colborne, Ontario.

The Big Apple is a bakery, restaurant and roadside attraction in the community of Colborne, part of the municipality of Cramahe, Northumberland County in Central Ontario, Canada. It just off Ontario Highway 401 at interchange 497 (Northumberland County Road 25/Percy Street) and is recognizable from the highway because of what it claims is the world's largest apple. We are open every day from 7:30a

m to 8:30pm with the exception of Christmas and New Year’s Day. With a height of 10.7 metres (35 ft) and diameter of 11.6 metres (38 ft), the Big Apple features an observation deck. The Big Apple also features; a Gift Shop,Petting Zoo, Frozen Yogurt, Wine Tasting, candy store, mini golf other amenities. I used to think it was just a giant apple on the side of Highway 401 🍎 Turns out it’s a whole world inside — a free petting zoo, fresh fudge, live bakery apple pies, local vendors, and over 9 million pies sold 🤯

Let’s just say… I didn’t leave empty-handed 😄🥧
