The Coffee of the month of July is,

Natural processed Caturra by Carlos Estrella from Colombia.

It is the first time we are introducing this producer's coffee. It has a noticeable orange peel aroma and it has stewed plum and white peach like acidity and cashew and honey like sweetness.

NEW COFFEE!

I'm excited to introduce Carlos Estrella's coffee for the first time! It has a lot of fruity flavours with lower acidity, leaning more towards the sweet side in taste balance. This coffee represents a nice traditional style of natural process. The brewing guide for this coffee will be posted separately. You can enjoy it either as a pour-over or espresso at .

We’ve been roasting his coffee for the past 5 years since we started and the quality of his coffee has been continuously improved. Between various varieties he is producing, this Maracaturra washed process is representing the well balanced fruitiness and clean acidity of the washed process. It has notes of Apricot, Cashew and Dried dates.
