An immersive, one-night experience, at Oxbow inspired by the bold creativity of 1970s Nouvelle Cuisine, a movement that redefined fine dining through lighter sauces, seasonal ingredients, and artful presentation.

On May 30th, our multicultural chef team, alongside special guest chefs, pays tribute to the era with a seven-course tasting menu, with each course individually created and presented by a different chef. Enjoy a dining journey that is both nostalgic and refreshingly modern.

The evening begins with a patio reception featuring sparkling wine and curated gin cocktail samplings from , paired with opening canapés. Dinner follows with each course thoughtfully paired with a wine selected to enhance its flavours and style.
