THE ASSIGNMENT: A LITTLE DECADENCE. A LOT OF FLAVOUR.

An evening of glamour, indulgence, and a little unexpected extravagance.

Oxbow was delighted to be part of the Willow Park W**e & Spirits Charity Auction, where we unveiled our latest culinary creation: The Milpa Hotdog.

A playful take on a beloved classic, featuring a pillowy milk bun, savoury sausage, banana ketchup, and a luxurious finishing touch of caviar from Purley Caviar Club.

An unexpected pairing, a memorable debut, and a night dedicated to an incredible cause and we were in the middle of it all.

A little luxury. A little mischief. Unmistakably Oxbow.

Five courses later, we could have sworn we were somewhere in the Spanish countryside.

For Vol. 2 of our dinner series, we welcomed Bodegas Riojanas, SA to Oxbow for a night inspired by Rioja.

Guest Chef Jeremy Ouellette joined us in the kitchen ahead of the opening of Saint Vincent, while Margot Lopez took us through the w**es, stories and history of Bodegas Riojanas.

Spain came to Kensington for the night.

We’re already setting the table again.
