The Spring Alley

Three very busy days at the Fall Fair, and we’re finally getting a chance to sit down 😂

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and ordered from our concession this weekend! Sorry we didn’t get to chat much. Most of the time, we were just trying to keep up with the orders 😅

And thank you, MK Kusina, for doing this concession with us! It was a busy three days, but we made it. 😅🤎

CROFFLES ARE JOINING THE MENU 🤎

Crispy, buttery croffles with all the good stuff on top, choose between Oreo or Biscoff.

We’ll be serving them alongside our rice bowls and drinks at the Burns Lake Fall Fair, September 11–13. 🍂

Find us at the Rodeo Concession. See you there! 🤎

🍂 FALL HAS ARRIVED AT SPRING ALLEY 🤎

Fall drinks are officially joining the menu this Friday!
And yes, they’re available hot or iced. 🤎

If you’ve been waiting for the cozy flavours, come by Spirit Square this Friday and give them a try. Or if you’re not quite ready to let go of summer, an iced one works too. 😂

We’ll also have our food as usual, so come hungry!

See you Friday 🤎

A little appreciation post for our Adobo. 🤎🇵🇭

This was one of the dishes we really wanted to bring to our community when we started Spring Alley, and it has become one of our biggest sellers.

And honestly, seeing you guys come back for the adobo over and over again makes us so happy. 🥹🤎

This one will always be a little extra special to us. 🤎

Our adobo will always have a special place at Spring Alley.

Thank you for making it one of your favorites. 🌸

☀️ One last taste of summer. 🤎

We’ll be at Rock the Dock tomorrow at Spirit Square, and it’ll be the last day to enjoy our summer drink lineup before we welcome our fall flavours. 🍓🍌💜

It’s been such a sweet summer serving these drinks. 🥹🤎

If Strawberry Cloud, Banana Cream, or Honey Bear has been your go-to, come grab one more tomorrow!

Bring your family, enjoy the event, grab some good food, and spend the evening with us at Spirit Square. 🫶

Summer favourites are still here. ☀️🤎

If you’ve been meaning to try one, now’s the time because some of our summer drinks won’t be around for much longer. 👀

Come by our booth tomorrow and grab your favourite while they’re still here! 🍓🍌💜☕️
